Duke Blood Cancer Center

Part of the Duke Cancer Institute

Open
Type:Duke University Hospital Outpatient Department
Hospital-based clinics are outpatient departments of an individual Duke hospital and have additional facility charges. Some insurance companies process bills with a deductible and coinsurance rather than as a co-pay as for an office visit. This may impact the amount of the bill you are responsible for after payment from your insurance plan. Check with your insurance company before your visit to determine what your responsibility will be.

The Duke Blood Cancer Center is an outpatient treatment center located two blocks from Duke University Hospital. Our facility is staffed by blood cancer experts who provide personalized and advanced care for blood-related cancers, from chemotherapy to daily supportive care. Our facility includes a spacious infusion room, a patient resource center, a retail pharmacy, and a meditation room. Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive cancer care and an outstanding patient experience.

Due to the risk of transmitting infections to our immunocompromised transplant patients, we do not allow children ages six or under or pets at the Blood Cancer Center.
