One-on-one yoga sessions help you connect the mind, body, and spirit to create holistic well-being. Your certified yoga therapist will create a personalized plan that fits your skill level, health goals, and interests. Yoga can offer relief from common issues like aches and pains, depression, and sleep problems. We also offer yoga therapy as part of treatments for chronic conditions such as hypertension and cancer.
Yoga Therapy Prices
- New client package: one new client visit and two follow-ups: $300
- New client visit: 90 minutes: $135
- 60-minute follow-up visit: $100
Discounts are available for integrative primary care members and Duke employees.
