About Me
I decided I wanted to be an ophthalmologist as a child when a pencil injured my eye at seven years old. Today I specialize in treating glaucoma and cataracts. I help diagnose patients and come up with a treatment plan. Glaucoma care is different because vision is lost slowly and silently. It’s really important for me to communicate to my patients what this condition is and how treatment works. I encourage patients to ask as many questions as they need to fully understand their condition. I try to be accessible to all my patients whether that’s via phone, email or in clinic. Even if it’s just that a prescription needs to be refilled, I make sure to be attentive to their needs.
