Duke Raleigh Surgery Center
The Duke Raleigh Surgery Center is an outpatient surgical facility at which people undergo a range of ophthalmologic, urologic, and other surgical procedures. Our surgery center features 15 pre- and post-operative patient care rooms and four procedure rooms.

Surgery Center in Raleigh
People come to the Duke Raleigh Surgery Center for a range of ophthalmologic, urologic, and other surgical procedures. Patients may undergo pre-surgical testing. Procedures that require monitored anesthesia care are overseen by our qualified anesthesia providers.
Surgeries and procedures include but are not limited to:
- Anorectal surgery
- Cataract surgery
- Corneal transplants
- Cosmetic procedures performed by oculoplastic surgeons
- Glaucoma surgery
- Retinal surgery
- Pediatric urologic procedures and adult urologic procedures
When coming to the surgery center, please remember to bring a picture ID, insurance, and payment. You will also need to be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years or older and any information the surgeon requested you to bring with you to the procedure.

Duke Health contracts with most major health insurance carriers and transplant networks, including the ones listed below. Before scheduling your appointment, we strongly recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the Duke Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any co-payments, co–insurances, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with Duke, your out of pocket liability may be higher. About Us
Our surgery center is located on the 2nd floor of 3300 Executive Drive on the Duke Raleigh Campus. We're located about a quarter mile from I-440 on Wake Forest Road.

Plan your trip to Duke Raleigh Surgery Center through GoRaleigh bus routes 2 and 24L. The closest bus stops are Wake Forest Rd at Navaho Dr and Wake Forest Rd at St Albans Dr. If you have trouble accessing these routes, visit GoWake Access to check if you are eligible for Wake County's accessible transit program.
