Duke Health Provider Group (PDC) Joins Duke University Health System on July 1
Your Insurance Will Not Be Impacted; all Duke Providers Remain in Network
The Private Diagnostic Clinic (PDC) will join Duke University Health System (DUHS) on July 1, 2023. This is a historical milestone for Duke that will simplify and align our operations to better serve all patient needs. This means that your previous PDC provider will be a part of the same health system as other Duke Health providers, including Duke hospitals and Duke Primary Care beginning July 1, 2023.

You may receive a notice from your health insurance company that your provider will be out of network (OON) due to this change. Please know that your doctor will remain in network and your access to care will not be impacted.
