Duke urgent care doctors treat infants, children, and adults with minor injuries and illnesses. Visit this urgent care clinic in North Raleigh when your primary care provider is unavailable, after hours, or when your condition is not serious and does not require emergency services. 

We encourage you to check wait times and reserve your spot to minimize your wait time. Walk-ins are always welcome. 

Lab work and X-rays can be done on-site.

Virtual Visit Hours

  • 7 days a week, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for 6 years of age and older.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for ages 6 months and older.
  • A virtual visit is covered by insurance as a primary care visit. Co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles apply.

After hours, use the Duke Health Anywhere app for your urgent care video visit.

Urgent Care Treatment for Illness and Injuries

  • Sprains, strains, bruises, dislocations, and broken bones

  • Superficial wounds, and wounds that require stitches
  • Sick visits for fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, and strep throat

Accepted Insurance

Duke Health contracts with most major health insurance carriers and transplant networks, including the ones listed below. Before scheduling your appointment, we strongly recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the Duke Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any co-payments, co–insurances, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with Duke, your out of pocket liability may be higher.
