Your personal health coach session can take place by phone, video conference, or in person at the Duke Health & Fitness Center. Coaching sessions are casual and conversational.
You Are in Charge of Your Wellness Plan
Your coach will never tell you what to do. Rather, they act as your advisor and guide you to make the lifestyle changes on which you want to focus, whether they be exercise, meditation, or nutrition habits.
Initial Discovery Session
During your initial hour-long discovery session, you'll create a vision for your health and learn how to make it a reality. You can schedule 30-minute follow-up sessions with your coach as needed.
Micro Sessions Available
A micro session is a good option if you have a specific health and well-being goal on which you want to focus. The one-time 20- to 30-minute session allows you to experience how health coaching can support you as you create and work to achieve your goals.
