Dedicated podiatrists in Durham diagnose and treat foot and ankle injuries as well as congenital and acquired foot disorders. We also treat skin and nail conditions, infections, and foot-related problems associated with diseases such as diabetes, poor circulation, and gout. Services

We perform most procedures right in our clinic. Surgeries may be performed at Duke Regional Hospital or Davis Ambulatory Surgical Center. Our services include: 

  • Custom orthotics and diabetic shoe fit 
  • Fracture management 
  • Matrixectomy (minor surgical procedure that treats ingrown toenails) 
  • Nail avulsion (treatment for losing a toenail) 
  • Skin and nail biopsies 
  • Wound care and grafting 
  • Minimally invasive hammertoe repairs

  • Laser procedures to treat nail fungus

  • Hammer toes (a condition in which the toe is bent at the second joint, so that it resembles a hammer)

  • Metatarsalgia (a condition in which the ball of your foot becomes inflamed and painful) 
  • Neuromas (noncancerous growth of nerve tissue)

  • Fungal infections of the skin and nails
