I am a nurse practitioner passionate about providing comprehensive care to adults, focusing on preventative measures, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. I use a patient-centered approach, ensuring each individual feels heard and supported in their health journey. I believe in empowering my patients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their health. Whether managing chronic conditions or providing preventative care, I aspire to help my patients achieve their best outcomes. When not practicing, I enjoy running and playing with my rescue pups, Clementine and Kali. You can find me enjoying the outdoors on one of many beautiful trails in the triangle.
