About Me

Physical Rehabilitation has been a cornerstone of my life since I was fourteen years old. As a former high-school volunteer at my local VA clinic, I saw firsthand how physical therapists were able to elevate the human experience and assist our nation’s Veterans through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Today, I carry those experiences with me in my pursuit of excellence as a physical therapist: delivering high quality, evidence-based, and culturally compassionate care for my patients. I am passionate about addressing difficult topics such as chronic pain and barriers to care, and I strive to center my life’s work on giving back to local communities and the physical therapy profession. After twenty years of living in Florida, I am excited to call North Carolina home. In my free time I enjoy cooking new recipes, weightlifting, exploring new hiking trails, and travelling.
