About Me
During my career as a registered nurse, I spent a few years in both the neonatal intensive care unit and labor and delivery. My time in labor and delivery really fueled my passion for women’s health. As a nurse practitioner, I have the opportunity to work in partnership with patients to find the best treatment that will improve their quality of life. This specialty enables me to care for women from adolescence through the menopause transition. I care for women who need routine gynecologic care, contraceptive management, and prenatal care, as well as those who have concerns, such as menstrual abnormalities and pelvic pain. My goal is to make sure patients feel comfortable, know that they are being heard, and be empowered to take control of their health. In my free time, you can catch me tuning into a good movie, trying out a new recipe, or exploring what the Triangle has to offer.
