About Me
Ever since I was an undergraduate at Duke, I have been interested in women's lives, and specifically how reproductive health plays a central role in a woman's quality of life. I am passionate about providing high quality and patient-centered care to women at all stages of their lives. I strive to work with women to make health care decisions that will be best for them. My clinical specialty areas are cervical cancer prevention, management of vulvar, vaginal and cervical pre-cancers, family planning, but I have experience with all aspects of gynecologic care. I left Durham after college to train in New York and then San Francisco. My family and I moved back to the area in September 2016, and we are excited to rejoin the Duke community. I am excited to show my two children all of the parts of North Carolina that have made it so special to me.

Clinical Focus and Research
My research focuses on ways to improve the health of women in vulnerable populations. I study cervical cancer prevention among women in low- and middle-income countries and in women with HIV. I focus on novel strategies to improve access to effective care for underserved women, from technologies to patient messaging. Understanding the many perspectives that women bring to health care decisions helps me better serve the women I take care of at Duke.
