About Me

I chose to practice family medicine because I enjoy following patients long-term and establishing working relationships with them. I particularly enjoy taking care of entire families. My goal with my practice is to educate, motivate, and empower my patients to take ownership and manage their own health with my assistance. My faith and my family are very important to me. I try my best to accommodate my patients and see them in a timely manner when they are sick because I believe there is value in having an established relationship and trust between a physician and a patient. I am available for in-person and telehealth appointments at Kernodle Clinic Elon.

Ratings and Reviews

The ratings and reviews are based on patient responses to the overall provider rating question from the survey. The question reads: “Using any number from 0 to 10, where 0 is the worst provider possible and 10 is the best provider possible, what number would you use to rate this provider?” Responses are converted to a 5-point rating system and applied consistently to all providers. Learn more about our survey process. Patients who see some types of providers receive a different version of the patient satisfaction survey. Those results are not available on DukeHealth.org.
