About Me
I use my training and experience to formulate surgical approaches tailored specifically for each patient. All patients are unique and their surgical plan should be as well. I also take a holistic approach while devising a treatment plan. I look at the whole patient and everything that is going on with them in order to understand what treatment option will work the best. An open dialogue with my patients allows us to choose a plan that will provide the best outcomes.

Areas of Expertise
Ratings and Reviews
The ratings and reviews are based on patient responses to the overall provider rating question from the survey. The question reads: “Using any number from 0 to 10, where 0 is the worst provider possible and 10 is the best provider possible, what number would you use to rate this provider?” Responses are converted to a 5-point rating system and applied consistently to all providers. Learn more about our survey process. Patients who see some types of providers receive a different version of the patient satisfaction survey. Those results are not available on DukeHealth.org.

Before scheduling your appointment, we strongly recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the Duke Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any co-payments, co–insurances, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with Duke, your out of pocket liability may be higher. We will contact you regarding your coverage and patient liability. If you are uninsured, learn more about our financial assistance policy.
This was an appointment pertaining to a small surgery complication. The original surgeon, the medical staff, clerical staff and physician that treated the complication (the original surgeon was understandably out of the country) were ALL amazing. I am truly appreciative of all they did for me before, during and after my procedure. Please communicate this to all of them.
I would highly recommend Dr Rezak. She is sympathetic, skilled and has gone over and beyond to help with my care and coordinate with other doctors when health complications have occurred.
Everything is great I have know complaints
I appreciate the help and advice from Dr. Rezak and staff
Dr Rezak is a very kind and competent surgeon. I am extremely happy with the mastopexy.. Everyone has treated me with the most respect and responded quickly to my request. The front desk employees are always so polite and helpful. I am grateful for the care.
Infinitely grateful
Dr. Rezak is fantastic. I hope she stays at Duke a long time.
Dr. Rezak is an excellent surgeon, I feel she has my best interest in her plan of my care. Duke is fortunate to have such great intelligent staff.
