About Me
I work one-on-one with clients to strengthen their relationship with food and overall health. As cliche as it may sound, I believe that no one person is the same, and so no one nutrition plan should be the same. I enjoy establishing rapport with my clients so that I can better understand their current relationship with food in order to educate, problem-solve, and create realistic action plans in order to meet their individual goals. I work with clients for weight loss, weight maintenance, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), emotional and stress eating, high blood pressure, hypertension, insulin resistance, prediabetes, and strategies for meal planning. I hold a certificate in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, whether it be at the beach, on a hike with my dog, or walking with friends.
