About Me
I am a clinician and investigator focusing on the care of lung cancer patients. My passion and goal are to deliver expert and compassionate care to patients with lung cancer, while also developing strategies that improve their outcomes through my research endeavors. In this effort, I strive to keep my patients and at their families at the forefront, considering their values and individual situations to ensure that I am delivering a patient-centered care that meets their unique needs. When a patient has lung cancer, their journey will often involve a team comprising of medical oncologists like me, surgical oncologists and radiation oncologists who work together to develop the best treatment plan for that patient. I am excited to be a part of a team of excellent clinicians and researchers here at Duke working together to bring the most evidence-based, state-of-the-art best practices to our patients, regardless of their background or life experiences.

Ratings and Reviews
The ratings and reviews are based on patient responses to the overall provider rating question from the survey. The question reads: “Using any number from 0 to 10, where 0 is the worst provider possible and 10 is the best provider possible, what number would you use to rate this provider?” Responses are converted to a 5-point rating system and applied consistently to all providers. Learn more about our survey process. Patients who see some types of providers receive a different version of the patient satisfaction survey. Those results are not available on DukeHealth.org.
