About Me
Elizabeth Hayes, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who received her Doctor of Nursing Practice form the University of Wilmington in Wilmington, NC, and her Master of Science in nursing from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences in Concord, NC. Dr. Hayes provides health care for the entire family, including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Her services include acute and chronic disease management, physical exams and routine medical care and treatment. Dr. Hayes' goal is to provide patient-centered care for patients and their families that focuses on caring and compassion throughout each visit.
