About Me

I am a North Carolina native, growing up in the Foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and attending ASU for my bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. I later went on to Winston-Salem State University for my master’s degree in physical therapy. I have a background in several sports including golf, tennis, rock climbing, Olympic weight-lifting and soccer. Recently, I have transitioned my own interests towards Ironman Triathlons, spending much of my time focusing on endurance training, while honing my clinical focus in preventing running- and cycling-related injuries. I became a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Specialist in 2018. Whether you have tweaked your ankle or your shoulder or even a complete joint replacement, I am located at the Center for Living and am ready to help get your rehab underway and get you back out on the road.

If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with Duke, your out of pocket liability may be higher.
