About Me
I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but my family moved to northern California when I was seven. I have fond memories of vacationing on the Outer Banks, playing soccer for most of my youth, and rowing for my undergraduate school. As an avid soccer player, I followed the UNC-Chapel Hill women's soccer team and aspired to attend the university one day. My dreams were realized when I was accepted into the master of arts program in exercise physiology. After graduation, I had the honor of working with our service members at the Fort Bragg Army Wellness Center where I developed health and wellness programs. My work at Bragg inspired me to return to school and become a physician assistant. I completed a master's degree in this discipline at Elon University in 2017. In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.

Ratings and Reviews
The ratings and reviews are based on patient responses to the overall provider rating question from the survey. The question reads: “Using any number from 0 to 10, where 0 is the worst provider possible and 10 is the best provider possible, what number would you use to rate this provider?” Responses are converted to a 5-point rating system and applied consistently to all providers. Learn more about our survey process. Patients who see some types of providers receive a different version of the patient satisfaction survey. Those results are not available on DukeHealth.org.
