About Me
Health and physical fitness have been passions of mine from a young age. After becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2011, I completed my nursing degree and dedicated my career to partnering with women on their health journeys while incorporating a holistic approach. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I cared for women as a Registered Nurse in a variety of settings from a high-risk Labor and Delivery unit to outpatient OB/GYN clinics. Working with women through all the life transitions that occur from adolescence through menopause and beyond gives me the greatest joy in my work. It is my goal for my patients to feel empowered and supported in their care decisions. Outside of my clinical work, I am a practicing yoga teacher, a wife, and a mother of two. Activities I do for my personal well-being include yoga, rock-climbing, and running.
