Duke Urgent Care

Urgent care provides the quick evaluation and treatment you need when you experience a minor illness or injury. If you have a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911.

In-Person Care

• Most Duke urgent care centers are open 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Use On My Way to find the shortest, estimated wait times and reserve your spot at Duke Urgent Care clinics across the Triangle. We don’t offer urgent care reservations by phone, but using the online tool can shorten your wait time and expedite check-in. Select the location that meets your needs, and let us know when you will arrive. 
• Walk-ins are welcome, however, as of October 1, some Duke Urgent Care clinics may have limited walk-in availability after 7:00 pm. Use On My Way to check availability at Duke Urgent Care clinics and schedule your reservation. You can also schedule a virtual urgent care visit through My Duke Health, or use Duke Health Anywhere after hours.

Virtual Care

• Schedule a virtual primary care and urgent care visit through My Duke Health (previously Duke MyChart). A virtual visit is covered by insurance as a primary care visit. Co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles apply.
• Use Duke Health Anywhere after hours. Visits cost $59.
