Insurance and Payments
We ask that you bring one form of identification such as a driver’s license, insurance cards, and authorization forms. We will process claims for services with your insurance carriers. At the time of your visit, you may be asked to pay amounts not covered by your insurance, such as copays, deductibles, and co-insurance. If you have multiple appointments, your insurance company may require multiple co-payments

Duke is committed to providing care with dignity and respect. If you have questions or cannot pay your bill in full, please tell us and let us help. Our patient service associates, financial care counselors, and patient financial coordinators will help you fill out applications for monthly payment plans, financial assistance programs, and government-sponsored programs.
Billing Questions
If you have any questions about your copayments, deductibles, or co-insurance requirements, please call your insurance company. If you have questions about your bill or would like to speak with someone about financial assistance, contact the Duke Health Customer Service Center at 800-782-6945 or 919-620-4555.
My Duke Health
My Duke Health (previously Duke MyChart) is a secure, electronic portal that you can use to pay your bill, view your test and lab results, schedule appointments, message your health care team, and request prescription refills.
