About Me
I am a clinical dietitian who works with patients who were diagnosed with blood cancers or are undergoing a bone marrow transplant. I grew up in a Polish-speaking household in Connecticut and recently moved down to North Carolina in August of 2022 after graduating with my master's degree from the University of Connecticut. I enjoy cooking and trying new foods from around the world. The wonderful thing about food is, that it brings people together and connects us not only to our ancestors, but to future generations as well. A philosophy I live by is "Food is Medicine". The food you put in your body can make all the difference in the world, especially when undergoing treatment, which is why I am here to help!
