Our Providers
Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
Cardiac rehabilitation is a medically supervised group exercise program designed for people with heart conditions or who are recovering from heart surgery, including heart transplant. Although you will exercise in a group setting, we personalize the program to meet your needs. In addition to cardiovascular exercise, we encourage strength training, a healthy diet, and mental health care. Our team includes exercise physiologists, nurses, physical therapists, a dietician, and a mental health counselor to provide a complete program that promotes a healthy life.
Our cardiac rehab team also offers services for people with peripheral artery disease (PAD), which can cause leg pain with activity. This program aims to improve walking tolerance and quality of life.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program
We help people with lung disease improve breathing, endurance, and well-being. Our medically supervised, personalized exercise program includes endurance, strength, and balance exercises. Education sessions help you learn to manage your lung disease. We also offer a specialized rehabilitation program for those waiting for a lung transplant to help you prepare for surgery – and to recover afterward. Our team includes respiratory therapists, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, a dietician, and a mental health counselor.
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) Program
Our POTS program helps you safely begin exercising. Studies show that a regular, progressive exercise program can improve heart function and symptoms associated with POTS. We individualize the program to meet your current needs and help you work toward your goals.
