About Me
I have been a physical therapist for more than 18 years and have spent the majority of my career in outpatient orthopaedics. I have a strong passion for the evaluation and treatment of a variety of orthopaedic conditions. I enjoy working with post-operative patients as well as patients with nonoperative conditions. Upon graduation from physical therapy school, I pursued additional education with the McKenzie Institute, USA where I obtained a certification in mechanical diagnostic therapy. This has allowed me an additional treatment option for treating painful, mechanical problems of the spine and extremities. During my evaluation process, it is very important to me to get to know the patient and learn what they really want to get back to doing. Together, we work together to create a specific treatment program designed to help meet your individual needs and goals. I strive to help people move better, feel better and create a better quality of life. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family, mountain biking, and cooking.
