About Me
As an Integrative Nutritionist, I believe in the power of food as medicine to support patients' health, prevent and manage chronic diseases, and promote optimal well-being. I enjoy working closely with my patients, listening deeply to their needs, and developing a comprehensive nutrition care plan that addresses the root of the problem, meets them where they are, and supports them on their healing journey. This approach utilizes an expanded toolkit of evidence-based practices and can be employed to support a wide range of conditions, from metabolic health to gut health, autoimmune disorders, brain health, and more. Outside of my work with patients, I spend as much time outdoors as possible and love going on adventures! My family and I are avid gardeners with dreams of having a homestead someday. Most weekends, you can find me at the yoga studio or experimenting in the kitchen with new foods and recipes. I am passionate about volunteering and supporting local food-system initiatives.
