About Me

I see adult patients with general gastroenterology problems, such as heartburn, trouble swallowing, abdominal pain, change in bowel habits, rectal bleeding, colon cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease, liver, and pancreas disorders. I value my patient’s input and want them to feel comfortable talking with me. I strive to create a partnership with my patients based on trust, comfort, safety, and empathy so that we can set goals to optimize their health and prevent complications. When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family and friends, try new recipes, read, garden, and exercise.

Ratings and Reviews

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Learn more about our survey process. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. Patients who see some types of providers receive a different version of the patient satisfaction survey. Those results are not available on DukeHealth.org.
