About Me

I take care of patients ages 18 and older with chronic medical conditions. I care for people coming for well visits, acute medical issues, and chronic disease care such as diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, arthritis, mental health, and coronary artery disease. I like to have long term relationships with my patients. I know life has its ups and downs, and so do people’s conditions: sometimes they’re worse, sometimes they’re better. I like to support people in living the healthiest and fullest lives that they can. Really managing your illness and making you as well as possible requires a partnership-- and patients can expect to partner with me. I feel I’ve done my job when my patients are thriving and are able to reach the goals they’ve set for themselves.

Ratings and Reviews

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Learn more about our survey process. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. Patients who see some types of providers receive a different version of the patient satisfaction survey. Those results are not available on DukeHealth.org.
