What is the Purpose of this Study?
The HERO Registry was created to help fight COVID-19. Through ongoing surveys, frontline workers have the opportunity to share their priorities and concerns that will be used to inform future research projects.

Frontline Healthcare Worker's Registry
Who Can Participate in the Study?
Any adult working in a facility that delivers healthcare, including, but not limited to:
-Nurses
-Physicians
-Physician Assistants
-Nurse Practitioners
-Environmental Service workers
-Patient Transporters
-Food Service workers
-Emergency services personnel
-Interpreters
-Researchers
-Physical therapists
-Speech pathologists
Etc!
