About Me
I am a medical oncologist, a physician providing medical treatments to cancer patients, drawn to this field by the profound relationships we foster with our patients and the dynamic scientific advancements. Building individual connections allows us to tailor care to our patients' unique needs and accompany them throughout their journey. Additionally, we contribute to pioneering new treatments, offering hope and reduced treatment-related toxicity with each passing day. Outside of work, I find joy in traveling, knitting, and cherishing moments with family. Exploring North Carolina holds a special place in my heart, as I delight in discovering more about its intricacies.

Clinical Focus and Research
In my research I study why we are seeing more young, premenopausal-aged women with breast cancer. I also study new ways to treat breast cancer and in doing so seek to bring promising new therapies to the clinic. I have a particular interest in how these treatments might impact heart health. My research also looks at new approaches to rare subtypes of breast cancer.
